Our History

Since 1988, CompuCure has been driven by a senior team of business consultants, project managers, and engineers who have extensive experience in designing and implementing technology solutions for their clients within the public and private sectors. The firm has evolved from a limited client base in New Orleans, Louisiana, to a true national practice that provides services within seven major metropolitan areas and six states.

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina in August 2005, CompuCure returned to New Orleans with only three employees (including the owner) and a single contract. The homes of those who had worked for CompuCure had been destroyed and there were no temporary housing facilities at the time.

The firm’s growth since then reflects the company’s perseverance, the ability to develop strong teaming partners, and a talent for identifying and retaining excellent staff. Within the three years following Katrina, CompuCure has improved its financial position by nearly tenfold, and in that time has built a team of forty professionals.
